The CEO of E-Wells Realty and Consultancy, Hanna Atiase has advised the Youth to pursue new career paths in the real estate sector to be able to create generational wealth through real estate entrepreneurship.
She said this during the maiden edition of the “African Youth In Real Estate” conference which happened on Friday 24th March at the RS Amegashie Auditorium – University of Ghana Business School through the partnership of E-Wells Realty and Consultancy, a real estate consultancy firm and the National Union of Ghana Students- NUGS.
According to Hanna Atiase, the narrative in Africa should be changed so that the continent will begin to see millionaires and billionaires rising through the ranks of real estate entrepreneurship.
“The purpose of this conference is to educate, empower, and inspire you to pursue a new career path in real estate and to create generational wealth for yourselves,” the CEO said.
The CEO shared in her speech, her rich experience in the Ghanaian market and the numerous sectors and departments in the industry that young people can pursue.
She indicated that 10 among the participants would be selected by E-Wells Realty to undergo a 2 months incubation period where they shall be mentored across all areas of real estate entrepreneurship.
The event according to the NUGS Secretary for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Amin Mohammed the conference was purposed to clear the misconceptions and myths the youth have about the real estate sector, avail them of how they can tap into the numerous opportunities, and also teach them how to create generational wealth through real estate entrepreneurship.
Present at the event included the Dep. Minister for Works and Housing, Hon. Abdulai Abanga, Hanna Atiase host and CEO of E-Wells Realty and Consultancy, Dr. Edward Nii Amatefio a senior lecturer at Cape Coast University and Cwesi Oteng Desmond of COD Properties.
