School Feeding Caterers Leader Dismissed As Gov’t Appointee At AMA

The nomination of Juliana Cudjoe as a member of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has been canceled.

Cudjoe is the president of the Greater Accra School Feeding Caterers Association.

“H.E. the President…has canceled your appointment as a government appointee with the Accra Metropolitan Assembly with immediate effect,” read a letter dated June 17, 2022, signed by the Greater Accra Regional Minister, Henry Quartey. As a result, you are no longer a member of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly.

She has also pushed for an increase in their feeding grants, which are currently only worth 97 pesewas.
